Operating hours are from 8:30am – 5pm AEST, Monday – Friday
9:30am – 1pm Saturday, excluding major holidays.

Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email outlining what has been processed. If for some reason, part, or all of your order can not be supplied we will let you know & process a refund.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING GOING TO COST?2023-03-22T00:37:32+00:00

– Orders placed before 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Monday – Friday will begin processing on the same day. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for processing. Our Australian orders are shipped from Seaford, Victoria, Australia.

– Delivery is FREE for domestic orders over $250.00 and for orders under $250.00 a flat rate charge of $15.00 AUD inc. GST applies.

*Please bear in mind that once your parcel is lodged with the delivery companies we have no control over the delivery process and unfortunately there are sometimes delivery delays. Please always refer to the tracking link received when your order is dispatched to track the progress of your order.

– When placing orders, please be sure you grab everything you want before checking out. If you forget items and place a separate order, you will incur a separate shipping expense.

– We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa), and PayPal.

I RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER BUT WHY DOES IT SAY NOT FOUND?2023-03-22T00:13:16+00:00

– Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

– We currently do not ship internationally. Apologies for the inconvenience.

– We ship from Seaford, Victoria, Australia.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT/OUT OF STOCK?2023-03-22T00:14:30+00:00

– When a product is out of stock, you will still be able to purchase it and it will automatically go on backorder. Once the items come back in stock you will get an automated message. Please note that some of our items are only available for a limited time and won’t be coming back, if that is the case the item will be removed from the website and a full refund will be issued.

– We might not have had all of the desired items in stock when your package was shipped. If this is the case, the shipping confirmation email should tell you which products might still be outstanding and awaiting shipment. If a product does not get shipped, you will be given a full refund on that particular item. – PRE-ORDERS/BACKORDER: Items will usually take between 3-14 business days from the release date to arrive to us. We will then begin processing orders as soon as possible.

– IN STOCK: Items will be processed within 1-2 business days.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?2023-03-22T00:16:04+00:00

– Please email info@rvrepairsandservice.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include details about the problem, including photos of any visual damage. Depending on whether the damage is major or minor you may be entitled to a refund for the amount of the purchase excluding shipping. We’re not able to send replacements for faulty items.

– Please email info@rvrepairsandservice.au within 30 days of receiving your order. All products must be unused and unopened. We do not accept damaged or used products. If you would like to exchange the item(s) that you received for another item(s) that we have in stock, please send the exchange item(s) back to:

We will send out your exchange to you once we have received the returned item(s) in the mail. You will be responsible for the shipping charge for getting the item(s) to us, but you will not have to pay for shipping on the exchanged item(s) we send back out to you.

– Please email info@rvrepairsandservice.au within 30 days of receiving your order. All products must be unused and unopened. We do not accept damaged or used products. If you would like a refund, please send the return item(s) back to:
